Jana Sharaf is a psychologist and spiritual guide with over 15 years of experience in Abrahamic meditation, rooted in Sufism and Kabbalistic practices. Through the 72 Names of God and Sufi contemplative methods, she teaches powerful tools for inner purification, clarity, and spiritual connection.
Sufism, the mystical path of Islam, centers on love, unity, and the purification of the heart, while Kabbalah explores the soul’s journey toward divine wisdom. Drawing from both traditions, Jana offers practical meditation techniques that help seekers find peace, resilience, and a deeper sense of purpose.
